Noah was born and raised as a 13th generation Cape Codder. He has been known as a “Jack of all trades” throughout his life enjoying many aspects of Real Estate including “flipping houses”. Over the years Noah has helped many homeowners improve on their properties along with owning several rental properties.
As a native of the Cape Noah knows the area well and has chosen Harwich to raise his 4 children, As the Broker of Thacher Realty, Noah has turned his attention to helping buyers and sellers find that dream home they always wanted.

I now own Thacher Realty along with Noah Thacher as the Broker. I have had a very successful career in the Real Estate industry for over 35 Years. I like to think that I am an agent with a heart, and build lasting relationships with both Buyers and Sellers that I work with. After moving to the Cape from Pennsylvania at the age of 15, I attended DY High School and worked as a Florist in Dennis for many years. I have had the rewarding experience of owning a couple small businesses until finally settling into a career in Real Estate that I have loved and enjoyed promoting for many years.
I also manages over 22 summer rental properties in the Dennis/Yarmouth area. Having grown up and spent so many years on the Cape my expertise of the area has helped vacationers find that perfect Cape Cod vacation home. I try to pay attention to detail and have the ability to manage properties with the utmost care and professionalism that owners expect and gives me the advantage over others.

Richard Glasheen comes to us after a successful career as a technology consultant. His ability to listen and communicate effectively with sellers and buyers is well developed and a considerable asset.

Richard has spent recent decades in the construction industry developing a comprehensive understanding and practical skills across multiple trades. We recognize the terrific value Richard’s breadth of experience brings to our clients and customers.

Richard also owns Seaside Property Management. He provides handyman and concierge homeowner services, repairs, home watch and residential project management.
